Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, where funeral services will be held on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 12:00 pm with Pastor Cecil Welch officiating. Interment will be in the Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery.

Mabel Edgell was a truly good person. I will always have fond memories of the time I spent at the Edgell house. That was the only place I was ever allowed to spend the night other than at my home. There was always an after-school snack with a cold glass of milk with Nestles Quick. She always made me feel welcome. She loved her family and it showed. I'm very sorry for your loss but I am glad she is at rest. I know she'll be waiting for you all to join her in heaven when your time on earth is done. We have so many great memories with Mabel camping and family outings she was a strong willed woman and always had a smile on her face she will be missed but left us with great memories.
