Obituaries

Mary Louise Wilson, 84 , of Clarksburg, WV, entered into eternal life on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born in Shinnston, WV, on September 15, 1933, a daughter of the late Hugh and Augusta Cooper Cox.

She is survived by one son, Robert “B.J.” Wilson and his companion Sheila Cowan of Fairmont; two daughters, Roben Wilson of Clarksburg, and Tiffany Wilson of Huntington, WV; one daughter-in-law, Lauren Wilson of Shinnston; four grandchildren, Melissa, Kimberly, Timothy, and Nicholas Wilson; four greatgrandchildren, Makayla, Malia, Arianna, and Nora; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Wilson; one son, Mark Wilson; and she is the last surviving member of her immediate family, being preceded in death by nine siblings.

Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Allen Chapel United Methodist Church. She served as treasurer for Shenyu Ettes, and was a member of the Kelly Miller Association. Mary graduated from Kelly Miller High School, and went on to get her associates degree from Fairmont State University.

Family and Friends may call to the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.

The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 11:00a.m., with Reverend Ramona Woods officiating.

Interment will follow at the Shinnston Memorial Cemetery.
