Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Monday, June 6, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The service will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 7:00 p.m. with Paul Lehosit Jr. presiding. Honoring Ms. Winning’s wishes, she will be cremated following the service.

Patricia Ann Winning, 56, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
She was born in Clarksburg, WV, on December 16, 1965, the daughter of Sandra Cottrill Swiger.
She is survived by her long-time significant other of 37 years, Samuel Gango, who resides in Clarksburg.
Ms. Winning is also survived by her daughter, Tara Oldaker of Fairmont, and son, Phillip Gango of Clarksburg; two sisters, Katrina Haggerty, and Pamela Holt; one brother, James “Jimmy” Winning, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her significant other’s parents and brother, Patsy and Lorraine Gango and John Gango.
Patricia attended Washington Irving High School and was a CNA for WVU Medicine. She loved animals especially her dogs, Oliver and Max. She enjoyed reading, was outgoing and was very much a people person. She was a compassionate person who loved caring for the elderly.
