Friends and family may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home on Monday, November 28, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A prayer vigil will be held 7:30 p.m. on Monday. A Catholic Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. James Catholic Church, 2107 Pride Avenue, Clarksburg, West Virginia, on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., with Father Akila Rodrigo presiding. Interment will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery.

Pauline A. Sabatelli, age 95, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, passed away on November 25, 2016, at her residence surrounded by her family.
She was born in Pine Bluff, West Virginia, on September 21, 1921. Pauline was the daughter of the late John and Constance Iaquinta Mally.
Her husband, Leonard Sabatelli, preceded her in death on April 8, 1963.
Mrs. Sabatelli is survived by two sons, Jude Thaddeus Sabatelli and wife, Cheryl, of Margate, Florida, and John Paul Sabatelli and fiancé Rose Scarcella, of Clarksburg. She is also survived by one brother-in-law, Fortunato J. Barberio, Jr. and one sister-in-law, Janet Sabatelli.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Sabatelli was preceded in death by one brother, William Mally, and four sisters, Rosa Piccolo, Mary Scott, Lucille Marchio and Genevieve Barberio.
Mrs. Sabatelli was a member of St. James Parish, Clarksburg. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society of St. James, where she enjoyed participating in many of their activities, especially making Pita Piata during the holiday season. The Altar Rosary Society recently honored Mrs. Sabatelli with a 95th birthday party. Mrs. Sabatelli had many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, whom she enjoyed spending time with and who visited her often. She loved having company in her home and sharing her homemade cookies and her homemade Italian specialties.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Sabatelli requests donations to St. James Altar Rosary Society, or St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, P. O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929.
