In keeping with his wishes, Peter will be cremated. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. A memorial service will then begin at 7:00 PM to conclude the visitation with Pastor Mark Anderson presiding. Peter Wolski, age 67, of Clarksburg passed away suddenly Friday, March 31, 2017. He was born January 30, 1950 in Poznan, Poland, a son of the late Jozef Zabek and Urszula Sarnowska Zabek.

Surviving are his three children, Jessica Beron and her husband Julian of Hopewell, PA, Kristina “Tia” Wolski of Bridgeport and Justin Wolski of Midlothian, VA. Two grandchildren, Liliana and Bennett Beron of Hopewell, PA. One sister, Teresa Stolarczyk of New Jersey, and her daughters Ela Stolarczyk of Puerto Rico and Beata Stolarczyk of Poznan, Poland. And, his beloved dog, a Rat Terrier named Junior, who went everywhere with him, even once on his motorcycle.

In addition to his parents, Peter was preceded in death by one brother Olek Zborowski.

Peter graduated from The Agriculture Academy in Poznan, Poland having worked in Poland as a Forest Ranger.

He moved from Poland to New York in 1980 and became a naturalized citizen.

He was employed by Tiffany & Company in New York City as a Jeweler and Designer from 1984 until his retirement in 2015.

In the early 1990’s he came to West Virginia where he bought a farm and raised many different animals, including his favorite, a Tennessee Walker Annie.

He loved motorcycles, guns, cars, animals, Facebook and Heineken. He loved his children and grandchildren very much. His loving personality will be missed by his many family and friends alike.
