Robert Dale Bartlett, Sr.

In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Bartlett was cremated. A memorial service will be held at Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Saturday. June 16, 2018 at 1:00 pm, with Reverend Sherman Goodwin presiding.

Robert Dale Bartlett, Sr., 71, of Clarksburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center. He was born in Clarksburg on November 19, 1946, a son of the late Arthur Dale and Kathleen Morris Bartlett.
Surviving are one son, Jeffrey Bartlett and his wife Carissa of Bridgeport; three grandchildren, Emily, Hannah and Natalie Bartlett; one brother, Dan Bartlett and his wife Tracy of Athens, GA; and one sister, Judy Montgomery of Knoxville, TN.
He was also preceded in death by two sons, Robert Dale Bartlett, Jr., and Todd Alan Bartlett.
Mr. Bartlett was a United States Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam War and was a retired truck driver with Advantage Tank Lines. He was a former member of Clarksburg Aerie No. 2353 Fraternal Order of Eagles, Clarksburg Lodge No. 52 Loyal Order of the Moose, Roy E. Parrish Post No. 13 American Legion, and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local #100. Mr. Bartlett enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Bartlett was cremated.
