Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Monday, January 29th from 2:00 to 8:00 pm, where a vigil service will be held at 7:30 pm to conclude the visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10:00 am with Father Casey Mahone as Celebrant. Entombment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery.

Rose Marie Frammosa Minnite, 82, of Emerson Road, Clarksburg; passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018 in the United Hospital Center. She was born in Clarksburg on September 4, 1935, a daughter of the late John and Chiara Perri Frammosa.

 

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Joseph Minnite, whom she married on August 20, 1957.

 

Also surviving are her sister, Susie Grandinetti and her husband Rudy of Clarksburg; seven nieces and nephews, Treena Pokrzywa, Carmin, Philip, Paul and Cheryl Grandinetti, James and John Michael Mazza; several great nieces and nephews; one sister-in-law, Shirley Vangilder; and one brother-in-law, Pat Minnite.

 

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Louise Barberio and Katherine Ann Mazza; one brother, Mike Frammosa; and one nephew, Anthony Barberio.

 

Rose Marie was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School. She worked at Hazel Atlas Glass Factory briefly, before helping to start their family business, Minnite Plumbing & Heating, Inc. She was a member of the Harrison County Senior Citizens and the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Rose Marie was a loving and giving aunt, and a second mother to all of her nieces and nephews. They were her life and her enjoyment, and she was loved by all.
