My sincere condolences to Carol and the entire Moscar family. Sam was my supervisor at the VA in Clarksburg. He offered guidance, encouragement and friendship in my early career. I will always remember him.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Carol and the rest of the Moscar family. From experience I know there are no words to ease your heavy hearts. Remember Sam and talk of all the fun times you have had together.

I knew Sam 63 years ago; we went to school together. At that time, laughter was his polestar, so it safe assume that he was a happy man. Certainly he will be missed.

I’m so sorry to learn of Sam’s passing. He was a sweet and gentle soul and will be greatly missed. I will never forget the kindness and encouragement he showed me when I was a Med tech student and did a brief rotation in his lab. I know there is great rejoicing in Heaven today as Sam is greeted and welcomed by his parents and Mary Rose.

We remember your family as former neighbors in the early 70's, on lower Stealey Avenue in Clarksburg. We are sorry to learn of Sam's passing. Also remember him as a kind and gentle man.

We are so sad to hear of Sam's passing. I was only in his presence a handful of times, but he radiated kindness, gentleness and a genuine love for those around him. Love and prayers to all the family during this difficult time.
