Sheila Kay Blake, 71, of Clarksburg, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, May 29, 2025, with her family at her side.

Sheila was born in Clarksburg, WV, on April 15, 1954, a daughter of the late William and Iva Ruth Hardman Blake.

She is survived by her two children, Rachel McNemar of Clarksburg and her boyfriend Joseph Cashdollar and Terry Lee McNemar Jr. of Clarksburg and his girlfriend Kristen Cottrill; three grandchildren, Rosalie, Benjamin, and Harley; siblings, Kenneth and Patricia Blake; and the father of her children, Terry McNemar.

She was preceded in death by her beloved dogs, Kasey and Ellie Mae.

Sheila was a graduate of Victory High School and had a 31-year career with the Clarksburg Publishing Company as a graphic artist. In her free time, she enjoyed watching “The Price is Right” and tending to her flowers. She will be remembered for her self-assuredness and love of dogs.

Ms. Blake will be cremated.
