To our extended family: Your warm memories of Aunt Stella were beautiful. She was a deeply religious woman who loved The Lord and her family. To live the life that she chose was admirable. Always pleasing everyone and welcoming all to her table. She is now at rest with all of the family in her eternal home. May God bless you all and keep you close.

To the Nardelli family, I am very sorry for your loss of your mother. We will be out of town and be unable to visit with you during the time of visitation and her funeral. She was a special lady, a long time good neighbor (like family) on Crislip Avenue, and friend. May God bless you with His peace and comfort during this time.

Dear Nardelli family, Our parents early lives were connected to yours. Your dad and mine both sang in St. James's choir when Mrs. Malfregeot led them. I was younger that 5 when we moved to Williams ave. but our first house was across the street from yours. So our moms likely walked to Mass or novena on Wednesday night from their houses up on the hill. ( that was a hike ). Later on when Stella worked at Krogers, mom knew where to find her favorite grapes. How Stella always reached out with love.... it was palpable between them. It's sad to close that chapter in my childhood but they left us with the truth...... and we hold it dear to us in these times.
