Taylor Dawn Bolton, 26, of Rosemont, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 at her residence following a long battle with metastatic breast cancer. She exhibited strength and bravery beyond belief. Taylor was an independent, beautiful person who was loyal and loved fiercely.

 

She was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 30, 1993, a daughter of Darrin Criss who survives in Grafton, WV and Melissa Weese Lewis who survives in Bridgeport, WV.

 

She is survived by her husband, John Bolton, whom she married November 8, 2017. In addition to her parents and husband, Taylor is also survived by her six year old daughter, Emma Rose Plott; three brothers, Darrin Jay Criss, Jr. and his companion Heather Burkey, David Lewis and Devon Criss; her step father, Jimmy Petroski of Bridgeport; grandparents, Jean Criss, Art Weese, Linda Brown and her husband Robert, Francis Petroski, Joseph Bolton, Robert Foster, Joan Lucas, and Barbara Bolton; her uncle, Daryl Elkins; aunts, Debra Morrison and her husband Todd, Laura Bailey and her husband Donald, Regina Roth and husband Jared, Karen Lanham and Robin Elkins; father-in-law Joseph Bolton II, brothers-in-law, Jacob and Jason Bolton and Joseph Bolton, III; and sisters-in-law, Jillian Bolton and Elizabeth Shipman.

 

She was preceded in death by her stepmom Deborah Criss and cousin Kayla Cottrill.

 

Taylor was a Grafton High School Graduate, was previously employed as a Health Service Worker at Highland Hospital and was currently a stay-at-home mother. She loved being a mom and considered it her most important job.
