Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, WV on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Amos Carvelli Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Brian Lamm presiding. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Timothy Clay “Timmy” Wilson, 23, of Bridgeport, WV passed away following an extended illness on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at his residence. In 2016 he was diagnosed with and fought a courageous battle against medulloblastoma.
He was born on June 26, 1994 in Carmel, CA the son of Kenneth Craig Wilson and Edelisa Martinez Wilson of Bridgeport.
Along with his parents, he is survived by one sister, Caitlin Leigh Wilson of Bridgeport; his boyfriend, Tyler Karcher; paternal grandparents, Dr. Kenneth P. Wilson and wife Linda of Sweet Home, TX and Judith A. Wilson of Clarksburg, WV; maternal grandparents, Eddie Martinez and Elisa Alegre of Antique, Phillipines and several aunts and uncles.
He was 2012 graduate of Bridgeport High School where he was an all-state soccer player and was part of the Olympic Development Program. He was 2016 Summa Cum Laude graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He attended the New Hope Christian Church and enjoyed traveling most recently to Florida, Colorado, Texas and Las Vegas. He worked part-time at Bridgeport Country Club.
