Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 10:00 to 12:00 Noon. The funeral service will be held at the conclusion of visitation with Reverend Brian Plum presiding.   Interment will follow in the Greenlawn Masonic Cemetery

Wanda Ellen Conley, 75, of Clarksburg, passed away suddenly on October 20, 2016, at her residence.

 

She was born in West Union, WV, on September 2, 1941, a daughter of the late Denzil E. Nicholson and Edna M. Junkins Nicholson.

 

She is survived by her companion of 42 years, Kenneth “Duke” D’Anselmi.

 

Also surviving are one son, John Conley of Clarksburg, two daughters, Ginger Conley of Clarksburg and Lisa Losh of Salem; four grandchildren, Jesse Losh, Daniel Losh, Chris Conley and Jonathen Conley; four great grandchildren, Jaclyn Losh, Miss Emily Losh, Isabella Losh and Baby Ray Losh. She is also survived by two brothers, Denzil E. ”Sonny” Nicholson and wife Sandy and Michael Nicholson and wife Donna, all of Florida.

 

Wanda retired as a Retail Supervisor from Hills Department Store and Ames Department Store with 30 years of service.

 

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and reading, but her pride and joy were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Interment will follow in the Greenlawn Masonic Cemetery
