Deeply saddened at the untimely passing of Mr. Hickman, Bill. You could not find a more professional teacher, a finer teacher in Harrison County. An honest and fair man with the highest of standards. God be with his family, friends, students during this very trying time. Rest in Eternal Peace

Deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Hickman passing. My sister and I both met Mr. Hickman at Broadway school when standing in the lunch line at a very young age. I believe we were in 1st grade. He would pick us up and set us on top of the snack machine when we would be excused to go to the bathroom. I think he watched for us, so funny. Our teacher Mrs. Jones would always come look for us and he would just laugh. May God grant you strength to get through your sorrow. Praying for your family.

Bill was a long time friend of my dad and Uncles whom I had the pleasure of meeting a few years ago. I enjoyed visiting him and Cathy occasionally and eating pepperoni rolls and talking sports. He is in a peaceful place now with his ole running mates smiling down. Rest In Peace Bil.
