She was born in Moorefield, WV and the family moved to Weston where she graduated from Weston High School in 1959.

Marsha was a professional seamstress for many years. Along with her sister Carolyn, she owned a fabric/alterations shop in Weston. There were many things she enjoyed in life, such as bowling, fishing, golfing and decorating to name a few. Marsha was always there when her elderly neighbors were in need, whether caring for them medically or driving them to church.

She is survived by her husband John Ronald; her sister, Patricia Moore Mason and her husband Charlie; their four children, Lisa (Sam) Fragale, Lynn (Jeff) Deegan, Michele (John) Crocco and Kevin (Tina) Cullen; nine grandchildren, Matthew Deegan, Rebecca Bream, Evan Crocco, Lucas Crocco, Michael Deegan, Samuel Fragale, John Cullen, Michael Cullen and Caroline Cullen; five great great grandchildren, Ayden Bream, James Deegan, Atley Bream, Will Deegan and Brylee Bream; as well as many loving brothers-in-law and sisters-is-law.
