Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, on Wednesday, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday June 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Richard Sargent presiding.     Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Park.

Was saddened, Just learned today of Charlene's passing. A wonderful hardworking woman with a fine family. I worked at Bridgeport High when Charlene was a fine student and also worked at Gore when her children were also great kids and fine students. Charlene was very proud of their accomplishments. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this most difficult period. God bless and watch over the Charlene Cox Bates family.
