I knew Mr. Martino from going to school with his son David. David and I went to school together from 1st grade on up. During that time I was always welcome into the Martino home. Mr Martino was always welcoming smiling and laughing. He has helped raised a beautiful and successful family. Once we got older and got into junior high and high school sports he became one of our biggest fans. He was always willing to give advice and time to help with Notre Dame athletics. I know on behalf of the Mossallati family he will be sorely missed.

Mary Beth, David, John, Maria, and Samuel - We are thinking of you with heartfelt sympathy. Though there are no words to ease your pain, may you feel God's comforting presence during this time of sorrow. Dave will truly be missed. "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10 Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. Greg, Michele, and James Douglass

My heartfelt condolences to David's family. I worked with David for many years at the VA Medical Center, and know him to be a very kind man. He was always concerned for others and could lift your spirits with his distinctive laugh. He will be missed.

Mary Beth, you and your children continue to be in our many thoughts and prayers. Our hearts are broken. Although we know without any doubt that Heaven has welcomed with open arms a very special man, David will forever be loved and missed by all who knew him. We are so blessed to have so many happy St. Mary’s and Notre Dame memories because of you and your beautiful family. May God wrap his arms around all of you today and always. Much love and prayers, The Snodgrass Family
