Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Monday, July 27, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. where a service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Shuttlesworth as officiant. Interment will follow at the Stonewall Park Cemetery.

Ella Amanda “DeeDee” McKinney Moore, 67, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Monday night, July 20, 2026, at the River Oaks Healthcare Center.

She was born on April 18, 1959, in Clarksburg, WV, a daughter of the late Charles and Evelyn Harris McKinney.

She is survived by her husband James Moore II, who she has been married to for 19 years.

Also surviving her are her two daughters, Amanda Stutler and her husband Haymond of Jane Lew and Jamie Cox and her husband Michael of Bridgeport; step-daughter, Carrie Moore of Clarksburg and step-son, James Moore III and his wife April of TN; eight grandchildren, Joseph, Myiah, Olivia, Kaedan, Levi, Marissa, Ella Rose and Robert; one great-granddaughter, Zaelynn; one great-great granddaughter on the way, Haiselynn; two brothers, Allen “Lynn” McKinney and Ricky McKinney; nine step-grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three sisters, Regenie Constable, Rosalee McKinney and Lana Jean Muncy.

DeeDee dedicated her time to caring for her family. She especially loved taking care of children. When not focused on others, she would spend her time crocheting, gardening and listening to music. She also liked old cars and yellow roses.
