Family and friends may call at the Midway Apostolic Church, England Run Road, Philippi on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm and also at Amos Carvelli Funeral Home on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 9:00 until the service hour which will be 11:00 am with Reverend Daniel Garlitz officiating. Interment will be in the Stonewall Park Cemetery.

Dear Sister Cross and family, On behalf of the entire WV District North American Missions team, I send my deepest condolences to you during this time of loss. Brother Cross was a dear friend to me and to this great district, and he will be sorely missed. We take comfort in knowing that he has finished his course and is no longer in pain. Due to a church member having a heart attack today, I will not be able to attend Brother Cross' services. However, please know that my prayers are with you and your family.

Sis Joyce, Pastor Cross will be greatly missed by all who knew him, he was one great man of God who stood for truth, I always admired him. My love and prayers are with you and the family as well as the church, but he has went on to his reward, we have to be strong and keep up the fight until our time to join him. Oh what a homecoming we have awaits. God Bless love you.
