Family and friends may call on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Jewel City Church new location at 511 Jewel City Blvd., Meadowbrook 26404, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm with Pastor Kevin Nuzum officiating. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park.

Spencer Clay Selmon, 14, of Salisbury, NC, formerly of Hepzibah, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017. He was born in Clarksburg on October 26, 2002, a son of Gary W. Selmon of Hepzibah, and Christie Selmon Barth of Salisbury NC. He is also survived by his step father, Glen Barth.
In addition to his parents, Spencer is survived by two brothers, Devin Selmon of Hepzibah, and Adam Selmon of Hill Airforce Base, Utah; two sisters, Kayla Scheuvront of Boothsville, and Taylor Selmon of Hepzibah; his maternal grandfather, Ernest Scheuvront; and his paternal great grandmother, Louise Selmon.
Spencer attended Lincoln Middle School and was attending North Rowan High School in Salisbury, NC. He enjoyed all sports and playing video games.
