It was the summer before your senior and my sophomore year, that you walked to my house in stonewood and we walked the streets and talked for hours. After graduation any time you saw me you would pick me up with a hug. True friend. Rest in peace Steve, prayers for your family.

So sorry to her of Steve's passing. We were best friends when younger and although I moved away in second grade I always tried to see him when I visited.

We were so sorry to hear this heartbreaking news. Steve was always ready to lend a helping hand and and a smile to all. As a native of Nutter Fort, I have known Steve since our school days. He was friends with and grew up with my brothers. We will miss him as will the Town of Nutter Fort. Our sincerest love and condolences to his family.

I am so sad to hear this. Steve was such a sweet man. He was my neighbor many years ago and was so friendly to my family. He would help watch my newborn son so I could mow my yard and was always willing to help my husband and I out as a young couple.

I was saddened by the news of his passing. I remember playing basketball with Steve all over Nutter Fort. He was always a good guy. My condolences to his family. See you on the other side Steve.

We go way back as family friends. Your father and my father, your mother and my mother, from childhood friends to adults you remained the same. I will miss our paths crossing on occasion, your smile, your laugh. I pray for comfort for your family. Our community has lost one of a kind.

So sorry to hear of Steve\'s passing. I knew him while living in NF. Always a smile and friendly greeting. I lived just down the street from Betty Jean and Norval. A very fine young man will be truly missed by everyone that was acquainted with him!

So sorry to hear this. A very good man and friend. Remembering working and riding together to Louie Glass way back when. RIP old friend.

I'll not forget that you were the person who took me inside on my first working fire after I had joined at Nutter Fort Fire Dept. We both grabbed the sliding door handle at the same time then the door exploded leaving us holding the handle. The old man "Joe Mills" hollered at as to get in there and it was on. I learned a lot that day from you and I will never forget it. Lest we not forget our times at good ole Roosevelt-Wilson High. You will most assuredly be missed my brother. We got it all under control on this side, you just be waiting for us on the side. REST IN PEACE MY BROTHER
