n lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601, in David’s memory. In keeping with his wishes, Mr. O’Brien will be cremated. A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
