Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, WV on Sunday, September 1, 2019 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. where services will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Don Fowler presiding. Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.

So sorry to hear about Bill's passing, may he R.I.P. I am the daughter of Dessie and Bookie Harris, I remember Bill from his dad and mother's farm in Barbour county when my family would visit on Sundays. He was a very nice person and was raised by some wonderful people.

So sorry to hear. My condolences to the family. I was a Department Head with the City when Bill was the Fire Chief. Had a lot of respect for him. May he Rest In Peace.
