Rosalynn Vivian Russell, 56, of Fairmont passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019 due to a truck accident. She was born in Fairmont on September 16, 1963, a daughter of the late Donald and Jo Ann Hughes Cross.

She was married to Sean D. Russell on February 14, 2017, who survives.

Also surviving are one brother, Don Cross and his wife Lilian of Naples, FL; one sister, Missi D’Ambrosio and her husband John of Naples, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
Rosalynn was a truck driver for ILR Company.

She loved her cats and was an icon in the oil and gas field family.

“On Sunday I lost one of the most amazing people that’s ever entered my life, My wife and Best Friend. The oilfield won’t be the same without her. Her uplifting voice on the CB people heard from miles away would put a smile on their faces. She never had a bad thing to say about anyone and would help anyone who needed it. We spent most of the time with each other because we also worked together and where one of us was the other wasn’t too far away. Until we meet again. I love you Rosalynn Russell.”

In keeping with her wishes, Rosalynn will be cremated.
