John, DeeDee, and Brenda, I cannot begin to put into words how very sorry I am that Shirley has passed. While I hadn’t seen her in several years, the memories of her and your family growing up at Duff St. are ones I will always treasure. May God comfort you and grant His peace through the difficult days ahead. Love you all, JoAnne Morris(Davis)

Dear Orr and Conklin Family, I'm so sorry to hear of Shirley's passing. She was a lovely woman. She always had a smile to share. It was a privilege to have known her. May you all find healing in your memories of her. They will be your light during this sad time.

I used to babysit for Shirley and Johns girls when we all lived in Stealey. When I had children, they became their Godparents. As a teenager. I used to go over and sit on her kitchen counter and talk to her about things I couldn't talk comfortably about at home. I have so many pictures of times spent with them, in my mind and on prints. For a small woman, she had a HUGE heart. Heaven gained an angel.

Oh my precious friend of 53 years, I know you are with our Lord Jesus now. How many times we spoke of how we would be like 2 little girls running and to see our Savior who died for us. Now my sister, you have made it without me. I am going to miss you terribly. The grief is horrible, but having you no longer in pain gives me consolation. Shirley, I love you so much and I will never forget you. My love and prayers are with you John, Dee Dee, Brenda and entire family whom she loved deeply. Peace be yours in Christ our Lord. Love, Judy
