Per her request, Vickie will be cremated.   The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life Service at the West Milford Community Center on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

Vickie Denise Goldsmith, 60, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at River Oaks Nursing Facility following an extended illness.

 

She was born in Clarksburg, WV on December 22, 1959, a daughter of the late Ersel and Nora Cooper Morgan, Sr.

 

Vickie is survived by her companion, Mike Carlton of Lewis County, WV; three sons, Timothy Goldsmith and wife Amanda of Lost Creek, Cody Goldsmith and wife Amanda of West Milford, and Tyler Goldsmith and wife Kasandra of West Milford; one daughter, Jessica Goldsmith and companion Joey Kenney of Lost Creek; 10 grandchildren, Paislee Goldsmith, Kayge Goldsmith, Rhetton Goldsmith, Cierra Goldsmith, Cyrus Goldsmith, Preslea Miller, Benjamin Goldsmith, Hailie Blair, Kendal Blair, and Trace Kenney; and great grandson, Oliver Aguilar.  She is also survived by one brother, Ersel Morgan, Jr. and wife Sandy of Good Hope and one sister, Patricia Kay Smith of Lost Creek; as well as several nieces and nephews.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Katelyn Goldsmith.

 

Vickie was a graduate of South Harrison High School and previously worked for United Hospital Center and Clarksburg Continuous Care.

 

She attended Horizons Church and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

 

Per her request, Vickie will be cremated.

 

The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life Service at the West Milford Community Center on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
