I have had the privilege to have known Jim and called him a friend and a mentor for almost 10 years. Harrison County lost a special man and he will be missed by all. Jim touched the lives of more people than can be counted. To his family I wish that I could make it but know that I am so very sorry for your loss and you are in my thoughts.
