I had the privilege of serving as one of Dusty’s Officers while in the Panama Canal. He was a person you could always count on,no matter what task was required. His smile was infectious. He was greatly loved by his fellow soldiers of the 1097th Medium Boat Company( River Raiders). God bless you and family. I salute you sir.

Sure gonna miss you playing the harmonica with the bands. You always gave it your all. It didn't matter where I ran into you at you always had a smile on your face. Hard to believe that I won't see your smile again. May you RIP and fly high with the Angels. Until we meet again. My Sincerest Condolences to the family. Tina VanHorn

You are forever in my heart Dusty, our time together all those years ago have not been forgotten..your soapstone carvings and sence of humor and love of your kids was memorable... the day your limo- mobile caught fire still makes me laugh.... I love you old friend... RIP
