I believe I went to WI with Frances. We worked on a prom together. When ever I got back to C-Burg I would go back to Glen Elk and buy some sauces from her to take back to Ohio. My dad had a business in Clarksburg called Sidneys Inc. which was a wholesale barber and beauty supply wholesaler. She was a very nice person and friend and I am sure she will be missed by all. God bless.

Dear Danny and Family, I was so sorry to read of the loss of your wife, Frances. I wish I had gotten to know her......so many loving messages from your family and friends. How wonderful that you were blessed with 51 years of marriage. I lost my husband, Bunie, in January of 2019. We were blessed with 52 wonderful years. Please know that you are in my prayers. Also, many happy memories of our North View Jr. High and Victory High School days. I still keep in close touch with Beverly Chrisman Smith and Judy Nicholson Mayse. Sincerely, Evelyn

My condolences to the Phases and Oliverio families. I have known Frances since I was six years old and it goes without saying she was a very kind, caring and loving person. A joy to be around, she could put a smile on anyone's face. God Bless

Dear Phare’s and Oliverio Family, All I can say is what a privilege and honor I was blessed with knowing Aunt Francis. Never in my life have I known and experienced such a loving, Kind , patient human being. Always a smile for me, always a hug, always an “ I love you” upon departure. This woman was pure JOY to me. All people who got a glimpse of this person saw goodness. What an example to get to experience. I am honored that God blessed me with Aunt Francis. May I just get a small morsel of her great kindness & peace. To her family - I’m sorry for the loss. May Gods grace carry you through your loss and grief. May your hearts heal with all the love Aunt Francis gave you over her life. ?? Much love and grace, Elizabeth J. Orr

Our hearts are breaking along side of yours. Fran was one of the first people Paula and I met when we moved to Clarksburg over 15 years ago. She, along with the entire family accepted us right away and made us feel special every time we came into the store. The calls and the hugs as I was going through my cancer treatments went a long way towards my fight and recovery. There are no words to describe how special she was and how we felt about her. We loved her and will surely miss her. But Heaven has gained a tremendous asset. An angel being serenaded by angels. What a wonderful and joyful reunion she must be having. We love you, Gary and Paula Talley
