Reverend Kenny preached at New Beginnings Church in Barbour County for several years when we were there. He and his wife, Bev, were very active in the church. He preached powerful sermons that were God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16) and always gave an alter call before ending his service. He gave a challenge to the congregation one time that if 100 or more people attended church on Sunday, he would preach a sermon from the church rooftop. Well, 100+ people attended, and he later gave his rooftop sermon as promised! Both Kendalls were personable and insisted that we call them Kenny & Bev. Our condolences to Bev and family. Please take comfort in knowing that he is with the Lord!

I'm so very sorry. I only saw him, and you Bev, a few times through my wonderful friend Jenny, but I instantly liked you both. I enjoyed hearing his sermons a couple times at the camp, and he always had a ready smile. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. God bless. Love and hugs.

Kenny will truly be missed. He always made sure I felt welcome when I came to church with my grandparents (Pete and Patty Nicholson). When I first started coming to church the first thing I noticed was how much love he had for the lord. Kenny was a great man. He did the funeral for my dad with no question even though he had never met him. I know he is rejoicing in heaven! Prayers to his family and friend during this difficult time.

No words could ever describe the friendship that Kenny had with my family. We grew up together. He has always been my "little" brother. I will never forget our childhood memories and the times we spent together. He will be greatly missed but we will have a great reunion when we all get to Heaven. Praying for comfort from above for his family.

I don't really know what to say, this Man was like a brother to me. He has helped me through some very hard times in my life by giving me scriptures to read. And God brought him back in our lives when my daughter needed someone to help her through a heart break her and Brian had when losing Nora. Thank you my Friend for all of your guidance in life, you will be terribly missed, but we will meet Again, Thank You Jesus, I Love you Bev and Casey and family

Bev, Casey & family : so sorry for your loss. I will never forget Kenny's compassion and love for the Lord. I will always remember when my Dad joined the church while Kenny was pastor at the Kasson . I can only believe that Matthew 25: 23 is most fitting. May God grant you comfort until you meet again. Steve Nestor
