Beverly, I will always remember your Mom she was always so loving and helpful. I remember many days before and after school being at your family home. She was so proud of all her girls! She had a wonderful life. I am glad the Lord left here with everyone so long. She made the world a better place. Sorry it took me so long to post. Paula

Charlotte and entire Picco family, I hope you remember me: Evelyn Anne Brown Harper from North View (Hamill Ave.). My mom and dad were Mildred ("Toots") and Paul Brown, and my aunt was Evelyn Gregoire. Your family was always special to us. We visited Lena, Enes, and Anna Marie in Florida several times over the years. I have many memories of them. Your mom was also such a special person. When my husband was in the Air Force, stationed in Madison, Wisconsin, we visited with Hugo and family several times. I would love to talk to you some time. I live in Bridgeport, and my phone no. is: 304-842-4927. It doesn't matter how old our parents are, it is still hard to lose them. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Evelyn Anne

Cindy and family, I’m thinking of you at this trying time. I know you may find it hard to feel blessed, especially when the loss of your mother is so recent, but the coming days and years will truly bless you with an abundance of memories.

Charlotte, Bev and Cynthia, I am truly sorry to learn of your Mother’s passing. She was a grand lady. My siblings (Kay and John) and our parents, Bob and Katy Cottrill, used to visit you and your parents. It was always a treat for us. Your Mom was so genuine and welcoming and your Dad was very funny. Kay and I inherited the Picco pink and yellow tomato seeds from our Mom and we grow them every year! So the tradition lives on! Many wonderful memories. Kay is physically unable to attend the viewing but I hope to see you tomorrow evening. Again our thoughts and prayers are with you as you lay your Mother to rest.

I associate your mom with wonderful memories around church and neighborhood. You girls made such a fuss for her birthday... wasn't the whole town invited for a celebration in Clarksburg? God Bless you for taking care of her! Eternal Rest Grant Unto Her O Lord.
