Pap, I will love you till the end of time and beyond that. I will miss you every single second for the rest of my life. Thank you for being my best friend, my teacher, role model, partner in crime, connection to the past, head weasel, second Dad, and the best Papaw in the entire universe. Watch over us and help me to remember everything you taught me so I can be the best mommy to Aria. I love you infinity times infinity. Until we meet again please kiss everyone in heaven for me and save me a dance. Stay green weasel!

Daddy, I will miss you everyday for the rest of my life. I love you and I know that you are now in heaven with mom. I can almost see you dancing with her like you used to in the kitchen in our home. You were the greatest man I've ever known and will ever know. Your dedication to our family and your charity and selfless giving to those in need is a legacy that we will carry on as a family. I will share stories and pictures of you with your grandchildren and great-grandchildren so that you will live on in their hearts forever, just as you will in mine. Love, Your daughter Deborah

I've always had the upmost respect for you and Aunt Debby. There was a time in my life that I was struggling and you surprised me and knocked on my door and I had a cigarette in my hand. Wow and Uncle Wayne said what is that in your hand. He said go ahead and smoke it. I said No I don't like the taste of tobacco. So I let it burn out the I put it out. He said how much food do you have . I said enough to survive. He said can I see your cabinets and refrigerator. He said get in the car we went to Kroger's.And they made sure I had groceries to last me a month or 2. God Bless both of you. Much love for the whole family.

We are so sorry to hear of Mr. Riley's passing. We sure will miss our conversations with him. He always shared the fruit from his trees, and offered many fun anecdotes to any conversation we had. We loved talking about the deer and observing the newborns, who usually waited somewhere in the yard; The goings on, here on Long St. and the Army; He sometimes called me "the scrappy one who wore combat boots". Loved his humor and generosity, and he will be sorely missed by the 'walking neighbors'...Love and peace to all the family, and I humbly, and honorably, salute him.
