David Weslyn Wilkinson, 53, of Clarksburg, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Clarksburg on May 5, 1965, a son of the late Charles Herbert and Jeannette Harriet Stewart Wilkinson.
Surviving are one son, Jason Quickle of Clarksburg; three daughters, Brittany Goetz of South Carolina, Amanda Turner of Ohio, and Armani Boyd of Michigan; two grandchildren, A’Zariyana Turner and Chase Boyd; and seven brothers and sisters, Sheila P. Hill of Akron, OH, James H. Wilkinson of Akron, OH, Mavis A. Hairston of Clarksburg, Donna K. Watson of Charleston, Douglas K. Wilkinson of Clarksburg, Timothy E. Wilkinson of Parkersburg, and Tinsley E. Wilkinson of Clarksburg.
Mr. Wilkinson was a graduate of Washington Irving High School and was formerly employed with the City of Clarksburg Public Works.
In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Wilkinson will be cremated.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
