September 22, 1958 - November 30, 2023
In keeping with his wishes, Joey will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the St. Augustine Catholic Church Social Center(Downstairs), 17 W. Washington St, Grafton, WV 26354.

Hi I am Cheryl Hartman sorry for your loss of Joey what a great person he was I was married to Tom Hartman he and Joey grew up together with all the Stealey kids I meant him 45 years ago have a lot of memories from those days

I haven't seen Joey in a few years and am sad to hear that he will be missed by many. My condolences to you Eileen and the family. Joey will be missed by all that knew him. 😢

Joey was my brother Barry’s best freind. They went to school together, got drunk together, fished together and laughed together. I was always grateful that Joey was his friend. I’m sure they are having a beer together now.
