Kevin Lee Thompson, 41, gained his wings on June 17, 2021 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

He was born in Clarksburg, WV on August 6, 1979, of son of Larry Thompson Sr. of Clarksburg and Debra and Clarence “Bucky” Booth of Bridgeport.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Larry “Robbie” Thompson Jr. and wife Tara of Mount Jackson, VA; niece, Shyanna of VA; nephew, Benjamin of VA; step-sister, Angie Davis and husband Johnny of Clarksburg; step-niece Kaitlyn; two step-nephews, Branson and Cicero; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Dustin Thompson; maternal grandparents, Harry and Lily Kerns; paternal grandparents, Edward Thompson and Ruth Thompson Shreves; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kevin was an amazing artist who loved to draw and sketch. He had an interest in tattoos, music and enjoyed life. He will live on in the hearts of his family forever.

A graveside service will be held for Kevin on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the Sunset Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m.
