In keeping with her wishes, Ms. Cottrill was cremated. Family and friends will gather at Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 12:30 – 1:30 pm, where a memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm with Reverend James E. Morley officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Health Access, Inc. 489 Washington Avenue, Clarksburg, WV 26301 or the Humane Society of Harrison County, P.O. Box 4397, Clarksburg, WV 26302.
