Obituaries

Roger Kimble, 70, of Clarksburg, passed away on April 8, 2016, at the United Hospital Center. He was born in Clarksburg, on March 2, 1946 a son of the late Ralph R. Kimble and Lola I. Bunnell Kimble. Mr. Kimble is survived by one daughter, Michele Brown and husband Donald D. III of Weston, one son, Todd Kimble and wife Melissa of Ripley; seven grandchildren, Tara R. Sutton and husband Michael, Frank M. Oliverio, Tianna N. Lane and husband Richard, Justin A. hardy, Anna Kimble, Morgan Kimble and Hailey Harmon; six great grandchildren, Megan, William Caden, Julian, Marques, and Kingston. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard L. and Charles R. Kimble. Roger was an accountant and had worked for Simpson Trucking, Brockway Glass and Anchor Hocking.  He was a veteran in the U.S. Marine Corp.  Family and friends will gather at Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, from 2:30 to 3:00 pm on Saturday April 30, 2016.  A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm where full military rites will be accorded.  Expressions of sympathy may be extended to the family at www.amoscarvelli.com.  A service of Amos Carvelli Funeral Home.
