Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Sunday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm to conclude the visitation.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Casey Mahone, Father Alfred Obiudo and Father William Matheny as concelebrants.Interment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery.

I\\\'m so sorry to hear this sad news Tom and family. I will not be able to attend the service because I am out of town but will keep you Tom and family in my thoughts and prayers for God to give you peace and comfort doing this difficult time ???????

Heartbreaking news. My condolences to Tom and to the Tiano family. Even at this sad moment thinking of Billy makes me smile. He always, always made me laugh and did it without even trying. RIP my friend. God bless.

RIP Billy. You were always a joy to talk with when we shopped at Krogers. An original friend from North View...you were loved by all who knew you. Sympathy to then entire Tiano family.

I was so surprised to hear this sad news! Natalie, Tom and family you have my thoughts and prayers. I know the next few days will be difficult but know that he is in a better place. Hard for those left behind but better for him. I no longer live in WV , Florida now, so I will not be there for you but know my prayers and thoughts will be with you.

We would like to express our sorrow to each of you for the loss of Bill. He certainly was a kind, warm, sincere, and good individual who possessed a wonderful gentle personality. An excellent father to his children who truly loved his entire family. Bill will be missed for his many talents and his humor. God's Blessings upon him.
