Candi was always so kind and joyful to me and my family. We would chat on the phone and text….it always brought a big smile seeing her name pop up! Over the last few weeks, phone calls over gardening & exchanging plant pictures and ideas had become a favorite discussion. I’m so sad she won’t be able to see the beautiful flower bed ideas she helped me with come to fruition & that she wasn’t able to plant new flowers that she wanted. I will certainly think of her in my gardening journey and how encouraging and excited she was about it & made me feel about. Not only was she a wonderful neighbor, she had become my friend and I truly will miss her. Sending love, comfort, & peace to all of those who loved & adored her.

Candace has always been a good friend to me and my late husband Mark. She gave me support throughout my husband's cancer journey while at the same time she was dealing with her own health. She will be missed but not forgotten 💔 😢

Candi has always been in my heart and will forever be there. I’ll continue to love her ever so much as my sister. She remained grateful and continued to count her blessings no matter how difficult her health issues were. Heaven has gained an angel who will add to its joy. My thoughts and prayers go out to Butch, Heather, Cameron, Jody, to all Candi’s nieces and nephews, and to all others who loved her. Her presence will be missed by many.

When I was 6 my family moved back to West Virginia from Florida. We moved in with my mom's mom who was married to Candi's Grandpa. We lived with them for about a year while my dad and Grandpa built our house. Candi and her sister Debbie also lived there. I idolized Candi. She was just FUN...She taught me all the latest dances and seemed to enjoy me bring around. She has always been the picture of joy to me and my family. Haven't seen her for awhile, but Facebook reunited us. So sorry for the family's loss.
