My heart is broke, he was a special man, he treated me with the up most respect, and made me feel apart of the foodland family, as all of you did. I just found out of his passing or I would have been their for the viewing, sorry he was so ill. The ten years I worked with all of you were my happy, and I missed all of you. God bless you all, my prayers are with you. Love you all.

Dear Debbie, Chad, and Eric, It is with great sadness that Danny passed. He will truly be missed. I worked for him many years at Foodland. He always treated me with kindness and respect. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him! He was family! I last saw him at Maple Valley Meat Market and knew he had been Ill. God bless the entire Thomas Family knowing he is no longer suffering.

Sorry to hear about Danny’s passing ?. Was my boss for 16 1/2 years at Foodland

Such a kind and generous man. Danny always treated my family and I like his own family. Always there with a kind word and checking up, if someone was ill. Worked for Danny for over 20 years, and I am thankful for that experience. This world will be a little darker, and Heaven will be a little brighter.

Danny was my first employer. I always found him to be kind, considerate and a fine example. I’m even more impressed; as I noticed in his obituary that he is only 10 years older than I. I’m saddened he suffered with cancer, but now that his pain is gone and he has moved on, he’s certainly having a drink, a smoke, and making someone laugh at a stupid joke! I’m out of state and unable to attend but I’d love to give Debbie a hug for condolence. Thoughts and prayers…… Thomas
