Great man, Doctor, and neighbor! So many stories come to mind.. Ed and Elena we will get together and tell one story after another most will make us just laugh so hard our bellies will hurt, some will draw a tug at the heart and a tear to the eyes, but those memories are the blessings the living receive from a loved one’s life well lived, knowing God has greeted the with “Well done my good and faithful servent”

Our condolences to your family for your loss. I am Watson McCoy Jr. My father and Dr. Randolph (Burl) attended Lost Creek High School and were friends at WVU. My dad and mom passed away in 2007. Dad had told me Burl was the one who encouraged him to scrape up the $26 for tuition to attend WVU, which he did. They lived together that first semester, before dad moved into the new Phi Kappa Psi house. My dad's sister, Eleanor DeGarmo, lived in Clarksburg and Dr. Randolph attended her funeral service. So thankful for Dr. Randolph's encouragement and friendship regarding my dad. I know dad spoke of Burl often.
