Kathy was our next door neighbor at Crestview from fall 2021 to spring of 2025, when we moved to NC. She was a great neighbor and became a good friend. We enjoyed cooking home-cooked meals for her and cleaning off her car, steps and landing on snowy days, and she made us brownies that were the best. She loved sitting on her porch, talking to neighbors. She knew nearly everyone in the apartment complex. Kathy will be missed by all who knew her. We invited her and her beloved Sam down to visit us at our home in NC. We would have loved to see her again. What a wonderful neighbor! You will be missed, Kathy!

Kathy was such a joy to be around. She always had a beautiful smile, a contagious laugh, and a spirit that could brighten any room. We used to met up on my way to Captiva. We’d have lunch or met up between flights. I cherish those days. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. May you now find peace as you are reunited with your beloved son, Justin. Rest in peace, dear Kathy. You will never be forgotten. Love, Ruthie & Jim
