Known Brenda for years she went to school to my mother at Summit Parks Gr. School and that is where I became acquainted with her as a child also, she was very pretty and looks as if she hadn\'t changed one bit over they years... She is in a better place now and not in pain anymore..

I was so privileged to be able to reconnect with Brenda after all these years. She was such a blessing to all her family and friends. She was also a blessing to me in the last few years. She loved life and family most. She was strong and comforting at the same time. The comfort comes in knowing she is out of pain and singing and dancing with family and our Lord!! She was an angel on earth also and will be so very much missed by those of us still on this earth. John, Wendi and Amy please know y'all and all her family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers today and in the coming months.

I worked with Brenda when she started in 1965 at C & P. She was great to work with and such a wonderful human being. When I saw her this past year, she told me her cancer had returned , but she was giving the cancer a good fight. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult period. Brenda will be missed by so many. She was loved by all who knew her. God bless and watch over this fine family. Michael Ann Raikes Gainer

We are saddened to hear of Brenda's passing. She handled her illness with grace. I enjoyed seeing her posts about her grandchildren and she always responded to my posts about our grandchildren, Kristin, Olivia, Peyton & Aaron. May you find comfort in knowing she was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and is now free from illness.

We were so sorry to hear about Brenda. She was a very special person. When she was younger, she use to play with my sister who was 2 years younger. She will be missed greatly by her family nd friends. When Justis was born she insisted that my mom, Bettty Brown watch him and she did. Then when Corin was born we had her too. She was part of our family too. She was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. Our prayers and love go outto Papa John and the family. You will be missed but at least you are not in pain but whole and healthy again. We my have lost you but Heaven gained another angel. We love you guys.

I will miss you so much. I will never forget the good times: growing up together; reminiscing about our Aunts, Uncles, and childhood memories; how kind and generous you were to everyone. Even though you are not with us, you will always live in our thoughts and in our hearts. I remember Aunt Ida saying with pride, "our family are good people"; you were the best of them.
