A mentor, friend and colleague, Herb was the finest trial lawyer I ever met. Condolences to Kay, Molly and his grandchildren. We will cherish the memories of knowing such a wonderful man.

I am so sorry to learn of the loss of Herb. He was a winner, not only legally, but more importantly, in the way he lived his life. He batted 1000 % with me. I will pray that the family finds peace in their time of grief and knows that Herb is in the master plan of God.

I am saddened to hear of Herb’s passing. I came to know him through the Harrison County YMCA. As an employee of the Y I had the pleasure of attending board meetings with Herb, where, when he spoke it was like EF Hutton, everyone listened. I will forever remember Herb’s generosity and eagerness to help. And, will forever be impressed at his side plank done well into his late 80s. We formed a mutual respected friendship which I treasure. Rest easy my friend, you have earned it. ??
