Beautiful Zelphia. She was my neighbor on Hoffman Ave for several years. Zelphia was a spiritual guidance and always so full of good advice to a young teen, me. Her smile would light up a room and her faith in God was so assuring. My prayers to David, Amy and all of her family.

I have many pleasant memories of my friend Zelphia and the entire Godfrey family. I recall “back in the day” riding to District Youth Meeting with Jerry (driving), Richard, and David Sanger, while Zelphia entertained us singing Diana Ross songs. For certain there is glorious Godfrey Family harmony ? in Heaven today! I look forward to meeting you in Heaven my precious girlfriend. Amy, David, Joyce, Belle, Richard, and extended Godfrey Family I send my love and prayers for comfort. God is good all the time.

There’s just not enough words to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. Sending Many prayers and much love To You Amy, Joyce, and the whole family Zelphia was such kind loving lady. She had a sense of humor and could keep me laughing. She sure will be missed by all, but I’m sure she’s in heaven having a hugfest with all the family who went before her. ??

Zelphia and her family grew up with my family in the Clarksburg Church of God. Was so said to hear of her passing and though I know she is now in a much better place with her Lord, she is still going to be missed. Praying the Lord gives comfort and peace to her family. Heaven has gained a beautiful soul. Zelphia was so gorgeous inside and out. She was one of my favorite people at the Clarksburg Church of God. I’m the daughter of Eileen Thibaut. Eileen, her twin Athleen, my Aunt Opal and my Grandma Lena Hardman all dearly loved Zelphia. We send our sympathy to your family.
