Burial Date September 30, 2024
There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. James Catholic Church, 2107 Pride Ave., Clarksburg, WV on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Akila Rodrigo as Celebrant. Mr. Reilly will lie in state one hour prior to the mass. Interment will be at a later date at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Rd., Annville, PA on Monday, September 30, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. where full military honors will be accorded.

Charles Hilary Reilly, Jr., 85, of Bridgeport, WV passed away at Nella’s at Autumn Lake, Elkins, WV on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
He was born in Altoona, PA on October 20, 1938 the son of the late Charles Hilary Reilly, Sr. and Sarah E. Gebhart Reilly.
He is survived by two daughters; Kelley Ann Reilly and partner Melanie of Madison, Maine, Tracey Hilary Reilly of Bridgeport, WV and several neices and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Carol Ann German Reilly and eight brothers and sisters. He was the last surviving sibling of nine.
He was a gradute of Orbisonia Area High School Class of 1956 and served in the United States Air Force. He retired from Lockheed-Martin as a technical writer. He was a Catholic by faith and a member of St. James Catholic Church. He was a private pilot who enjoyed flying. He also loved traveling with his wife in their RV along the eastern seaboard. He was an animal lover, especially his german shepherds and his cats.
