Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort, WV on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Sonny Palmer presiding. Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery with full military rites accorded.

Fred W. Krivosky, 88, of Stonewood, WV went peacefully home to be with Jesus his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at the River Oaks Nursing Home.
He was born in Clarksburg, WV on March 15, 1930 a son of the late John and Katherine Pruch Krivosky.
He is survived by the love of his life of 41 years, Lavonne Starkey Krivosky, being his primary caregiver.
He is also survived by one sister, Florence “Pook” Krivosky of Clarksburg; one sister-in-law, Betty Krivosky of Nutter Fort: two brothers-in-law, Robert Wagner and George Powell both of Stonewood and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul, John and his twin brother Frank Krivosky; five sisters, Marion Maxson, Margaret Bavalisk, Rose Drgon, Pauline Wagner and Helen “Babe” Powell.
Fred was a graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School Class of 1949, where he was very active in football, basketball and baseball. In 1949 he was All State in football. He attended West Virginia University where he became drafted into the Army. Returning from the Army, he worked at Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company, Ingersol Rand and retired from Lockheed Martin Air Craft. After retirement he devoted his time to his mobile home park.
Fred, always keeping himself busy, enjoyed gardening, canning, boating, water skiing with his friends, West Virginia University football and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Fred enjoyed a rich full life.
Fred was a Catholic by faith and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
