My sincere sympathy to Jim's wife and family. I first met Jim when we were both freshmen at WVU. After graduation, we both went into the service, and we rarely saw each other for years until he started with the City of Clarksburg. He was a joy to work with. He was passionate about his work, but we still had time to have some good laughs. He was a great guy. We will certainly miss him.

Sharon and I were so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. In my years working with him at Equitable Gas, Jim was always fair, helpful and the go-to guy with any problems--and treated us with respect and, when needed, humor. He was always a comfortable guy to work with. Our deepest sympathy to his family and close friends.

I want to express my deepest condolences to Jim’s family. I appreciated so much his gentle spirit while working with me as a landlord and he a code enforcement officer. What a gentleman! He’ll be greatly missed by the Wolfe family. Sincerely, Jay Wolfe

Jimmy Blair was the nicest young man when I knew him. I grew up across the street from the Llanezas in North View. My deepest sympathy to Denny Mike and his family.
