Family and friends may call at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home, 201 Edison Street, Nutter Fort on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 pm, where funeral services will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 11:00 am with Dr. Michael Kelley officiating. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park.

Janet Ann Lucas Kelly, 90, of Clarksburg passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at her residence.
She was born in Shinnston on March 19, 1934, a daughter of the late Charles and Nellie Brookover Milligan.
She was married to John Kelley in 1953, who preceded her in death in 2016.
Surviving are four children, Donna Mendez and her husband Robert of Clarksburg, Michael Kelley and his wife Nora of San Diego, CA, Mark Kelley and his wife Diane of Clarksburg and Randall Kelley and his wife Janet of Logan; nine grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; three siblings, Patty Whiteman and her husband Fred, Karen Baldwin and her husband Joe and Charles Milligan and his wife Matilda; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Steve Oyarzo and Chris Kelley; and one brother, Donald Lucas.
Mrs. Kelly was a 1953 graduate of Shinnston High School and previously worked as a supervisor for Maidenform for 10 years as well as a packer for Anchor Hocking Glass for 10 years and for the Florida School System.
Janet was a member of the Oak Mound Evangelical Church where she sang in the choir and was very involved. She enjoyed Home Interior decorating, completing word search books, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Janet was a great cook. Everyone loved her cooking, especially her pies.
