Kelly Jo Shinn Bray, 48, of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018, at her residence.
She was born in Clarksburg, on June 30, 1969, a daughter of the late Robert and Patricia Jo Ann Taylor Shinn.
Kelly is survived by her husband, Jay Bray, and two sisters, Kim Shinn of Pennsylvania and Lori Edwards of Marion County.
Kelly was a graduate of Bridgeport High School Class of 1987.
